【摘要】本文对《化妆品生产经营监督管理办法》中生产许可章节内容与《化妆品生产许可工作规范》

内容进行对比研究，分析了《化妆品生产经营监督管理办法》对化妆品生产许可管理的调整思路及举措，

以期为我国化妆品监管人员及企业人员提供参考。
