经皮加压空心螺钉内固定术治疗踝关节骨折的效果分析

摘要目的：分析经皮加压空心螺钉内固定术治疗踝关节骨折的效果。方法：选取2022年2月—2023年8月邳州市人

民医院收治的踝关节骨折患者80例作为研究对象，随机分为对照组和观察组，每组40例。对照组实施切开复位内固定

术，观察组实施经皮加压空心螺钉内固定术。对比两组治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组（P=0.034）。观

察组手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，术后下床活动时间早于对照组（P＜0.05）。

观察组疼痛、肿胀、淤血、不能承受体质量持续时间短于对照组（P＜0.001）。观察组疼痛评分低于对照组，功能、活动度评

分高于对照组（P＜0.001）。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组（P=0.034）。结论：经皮加压空心螺钉内固定术治疗踝关

节骨折的效果显著，可缓解患者临床症状，改善临床指标，促进术后康复，降低并发症发生率，提高踝关节功能。
