Road was muddy, after her shoes had been stuck several times, she took them off, holding shoes in hand and walked in cool mud with naked feet.As she passed a maple tree, a light breeze blowing, shaking off a number of drops. Kuihua quivered because some drops fell into her neck. Then she looked up the branches and leaves, which had been washed spotless by several days’ rainy, she liked that.The sound of nearby running water attracted her.She ran from the tree to the riverside.Almost everyday, she went to the riverside because there was a village at the other side of the river. And the village had a very beautiful name: Barley Ground.Kuihua was the only child at this side of river.Kuihua was a lonely girl, as lonely as the bird which owned the whole sky but didn’t have a companion.
