  行动者网络理论下内生型农村资金互助组 织形成机制分析——以盐城市为例# 陈东平，倪佳伟* 5 10 15 20 25 30 35 40 （南京农业大学经济管理学院 南京 210095） 摘要：本文应用行动者网络理论,分析内生型农民资金互助合作组织的形成机制。选取典型 案例，分别考察单个专业合作社内部、专业合作社间、社区型的三种资金互助合作社，比较 行动者网络构建中不同模式在关键环节的差异，评价不同网络的运行效果，探讨资金互助合 作组织的形成过程。研究表明：不同模式在行动主体，组织维系基础，网络构建的征召和动 员环节存在很大差异。专业合作社内部成立的资金互助组织适用范围广,一般合作社都可采 纳。多个专业合作社共同建立的资金互助组织难度大，需要差异性和规模性的满足，而社区 型资金互助组织适用于运营良好，具有长期发展经验的专业合作社，但其有明显的异化倾向， 可能存在“合法性危机”。 关键词：农村金融；农民专业合作社；行动者网络理论 中图分类号：F832.35 Study on the formation mechanism of Endogenous Rural Mutual Financial Cooperatives Based on Actor-Network Theory——A Case Study of Yancheng CHEN Dongping, NI Jiawei (College of EconomicsManagement Nanjing Argicultural University, Nanjing 210095) Abstract: This paper attempts to use actor-network theory to study the formation mechanism of endogenous rural mutual financial cooperatives. Try to analyze the internal benefits and find main influence factors. For this, based on the research of Yancheng City, respectively study the mode of mutual financing in one farmer specialty cooperative organization; the mode of mutual assistance in different farmer specialty cooperative organizations; the mode of established mutual financing funds within separate cooperative organizations and rural farmers. Based on actor-network theory, analyze the formation mechanism of the different models; compare the differences in all aspects of actor-network. Studies shows：The mutual financing funds corresponds with the different benefit circle level; There is a big difference in its operations, recruitment and mobilization aspects.The mode of mutual financing in one farmer specialty cooperative organization has a wide application , general cooperatives can be adopted. It is difficult for different farmer specialty cooperative organizations to establish mutual financing,because the organizations need to have certain differences.
