金 论坛 融 2012 年第3 期（总第195 期） 中国居民资产配置趋势及商业银行对策 樊志刚 王小娥 ［摘 要］从近年来中国居民金融资产变化情况来看，在金融资产总量急剧增加的同时，资产结构 也由原来单一的银行资产向多元化方向发展，但储蓄存款仍居主导地位，人均居民金融资产水平也较 低。后危机时期居民金融资产总量增长空间仍然较大，资产多元化趋势将更加明显，这意味着储蓄存 款将持续减少，而证券、基金、保险、信托、银行理财产品等新型金融产品的投资将日益扩大，居民资产 配置以储蓄为主的格局仍将持续较长时间。这为商业银行发展带来两个机遇：一是为商业银行实现经 营转型带来了发展机遇；二是为商业银行个人资产管理业务带来了发展机遇。 ［关键词］居民资产；资产配置；商业银行；个金业务 ［文章编号］ （ ） ［中图分类号］ ［文献标志码］ 1009 - 9190 2012 03 - 0016 - 08 F83 A The Trend of Asset Allocation of Chinese Residents and the Counter-Measures of Commercial Banks FAN Zhi-gang WANG Xiao-e ［ ］ Abstract The change of the structure of financial assets held by Chinese residents shows the following characteristics: along with the sharp increase of total financial assets, asset structure shifts from originally single banking assets to diversified ones; savings deposit occupies the dominant position, and per capita financial assets is still low. During the post-crisis era, the total financial assets of residents possess huge increase potential, and the diversification trend of asset structure will be more obvious. Under such trend, savings deposit will continuously decline, investment in new financial products, such as security, funds, insur－ ance, trust and wealth management products provided by banks, will increasingly expand, and the dominance of savings in resi－ ’ dents asset allocation will persist in the long run. Such development trend of asset allocation of Chinese residents will provide scarce chance for commercial banks in both business transformation and personal asset management business. ［ ］ Key words resident assets; asset allocation; commer
