[Abstract ] To evaluate t e effects of nursing grad ing managem ent model for mi proving nursing quality for critically ill patien ts,
and d istribute t e jobs for eac grade clearer. A ll nurses in t e ICU were classified into different groups, t en m ade sen ior prmi ary nur
ses be t e group leaders or viceleaders. T e responsib ilities of eac gradew ere defined in detail and pay accord ing to it. M ake t e jobs
of professional airw ay care nurses, sen ior prmi ary nurse, junior prmi ary nurse and nurse assistant clearer. As most of t e nurses in t e
m ilitary ospitals are young, t e nursing grading m anagem ent m odel would m ake group leaders to play more mi portant role in nurs ing
w o satisfied t e patients muc better. Nursing grading m anagem en t not on ly mi proves t e nu rsing quality in ICU, but also t e ab ility
of specific nursing. It is useful for t e train ing and selecting keym embers of nursing under contract m ore effectively.
