企业规模与技术创新的关系问题研究.pdfVIP

摘 要 作为技术创新的主体,大企业和中小企业在技术创新中具有不同的特点,各有其有利和 不利之处，企业规模与技术创新的关系研究也一直是技术创新理论的一个重要研究领域。 本文在总结和分析前人大量研究成果的基础之上，从大企业技术创新特点、中小企业技 术创新特点、同一产业内的适度规模和不同产业之间的相对差异四个方面分析了企业规模对 技术创新的影响，同时从技术本身、历史条件等因素的不断发展、变化方面分析了技术创新 对企业规模的影响，并把企业规模与技术创新之间归结为互动与演化的关系。 鉴于大企业和中小企业各自特点，本文分析了我国不同规模企业各自面临的技术创新障 碍，并针对这些问题提出了相关政策建议。 关键词：企业规模 技术创新 互动 演化 Abstract Innovation is the soul of national advancement. 21 century is the era of knowledge economy during which mankind is undergoing a global technological revolution. The competition among enterprise, economics and comprehensive national powers is increasingly embodied as the competition of technology. The key of enhancing independent innovation capability is to consolidate the status of enterprise as the main player in technology innovation and establish the technology innovation system which in market-oriented and combining industry, education and research. As the main body of technological innovation, SME （Small and Medium-sized Enterprises ） and large enterprises in technological innovation have different characteristics, each has its advantages and disadvantages. The research between Enterprises size and technological innovation has been an important theoretical research for technological innovation. Based on the review and analysis of a large number of previous research, author analyses the impact of enterprise size on technological innovation from four aspects: technological innovation characteristics of large enterprises、technological innovation characteristics of SME 、appropriate size in the same industry and relative differences in different industries, while analyses the impact of technological innovation
