要 随着经济全球化步伐的加快，如何加快信息技术在企业中的应用，充分利用 包括信息技术在内的高新技术，增强企业的管理能力和技术手段，实现企业的跨 越式发展，提高企业在市场中的竞争力，已成为摆在中国企业面前的严峻问 。 本文以江西省建工集团为个案，在充分研究国内外有关企业信息化理论 （企 业竞争力理论、管理理论、ERP 理论、BPR 理论）的基础上，据此分析江西建工集 团企业信息化建设的整体现状，找出其中存在的问 ，分析原因，然后构建出适 合集团信息化建设的目标、原则，系统框架和组织保障，为江西建工集团开展企 业信息化工作提供方向，并以此为指导。力求通过本课题的研究，为企业信息化 发展方向与思路提供借鉴，并为企业找到适合自身条件的企业信息化发展战略提 供帮助，为集团整体信息化水平的提高和经济的进步做出贡献。 本文对企业信息化构建进行了具体详细地分析和讨论，就是希望能 以点带 面”，对我国建筑企业信息化发展有所贡献，有所促进，适应国家对建筑企业信息 化发展的要求及规划，应对信息化给建筑企业带来的机遇与挑战，解决当前建筑 企业信息化发展过程中普遍存在的、必须解决的和急待解决的问 。 关键词 江西建工 信息化 建设 对策 1 Abstract With the acceleration of economic globalization, how about accelerate the application of the information technology of the construction, fully utilize new and high technology including information technology, strengthen the managerial ability of enterprises and technological means, realize the great-leap-forward development of the construction, improve the competitiveness in the market of enterprise, has already become the severe problem in front of Chinas construction. The article takes the Jiangxi Province construction work group as a case, bases on fully studying the domestic and foreign information theory of the enterprise （competitiveness theory, management theory, ERP theory, BPR theory ）, analyzes the situation of Jiangxi construction group informational building, discovers exists the question, analyzes the reason, then constructs the goal, the principle, the system frame and the organization safeguards of the group informational construction, finally provides the direction, and take this as guidance.
