本文的主要创新点： 1、本文把初级指挥军官培养模式定位于理论与实践的中介，以初级指挥军官培养 活动过程作为原型，研究得到了初级指挥军官培养模式的概念、六个基本要素和四个方 面的影响因素。 2 、本文在对我军院校教育进行历史梳理的基础上，总结得到了我军初级指挥军官 “岗位型培养模式”、“学历岗位型培养模式”、“复合型培养模式”，分析了其形成过程、 主要特点和主要成因。 3、本文通过对我军院校初级指挥军官培养状况进行调查分析，在准确把握现状的 基础上，提出现行培养模式是一种“统一化”、“技术化”、“刚性化”培养模式的观点， 并对其基本特征、形成原因进行了分析，指出了在新军事变革形势下这种培养模式存在 的弊端和问题。 4 、本文在现实分析和理性思考的基础上，研究得到了初级指挥军官的职业特性、 初级指挥军官培养的本质特征与规律。 5、本文在研究通识教育、专业教育、个性化教育等理论的同时，提出学术性专业 教育、职业性专业教育的观点，以此为基础，构建了初级指挥军官“四位一体”培养模 式及其具体内容，并从宏观层面提出若干政策性建议。 关键词：高等教育 军事教育 初级指挥军官 培养模式 中国人民解放军 II ABSTRACT The Junior Commanding Officer Cultivation (JCOC) is the backbone and foundation of military institutional education. It involves fields including higher education and professional military education. In terms of the increasingly rapid military competition, military talent development, including the Junior Commanding Officer, has become the core and key in facing the Revolution in Military Affairs (RMA) and pushing the military modernization for every country in the world. Under the context of RMA and in the perspective of the Junior Commanding Officer Cultivating Model (JCOCM), the dissertation conducts a great deal of historical research, present condition investigation, comparative research, and theoretical analysis. With the combination of theory and practice, the dissertation, regarding the current situation of our military construction and future development needs, makes a systematic, comprehensive, and deep study of JCOC, reestablishes its model, and presents relevant policy recommendations.
