摘 要 本文基于前人在外语教学中背诵对英语教学相关研究的基础上，尝试在农村初中 英语教学中探讨有效背诵输入对英语学习的影响。该研究选择一所农村初中作为研究 对象，利用输入假说理论，根据中学生的认知心理发展特点，强化语块理论在英语语 言教学上的使用，增加背诵输入的有效性，逐渐让英语学习者的显性语言知识和隐形 语言知识有着丰富的积累，从而构建学习者强大的英语语言知识图式网，实现英语目 的语的有效输出。 本研究采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、实验研究法以及对比分析研究等研究方法， 先对农村初中英语背诵现状进行问卷调查，得出背诵输入在农村英语教学中有很大的 实用性，但在背诵策略及背诵的有效性输入方面缺乏科学的引导。于是笔者从应用层 面上对背诵输入的有效性进行了研究，研究最终得出结论：有效背诵输入对于农村初 中学习者学习英语能产生有效性影响。笔者通过本研究试图唤起基础英语教师认识 到：在广大农村初中英语课堂上，选择有效背诵语言输入对初中英语学习有着特别的 意义，但需要针对不同心理层次的学生采用不同的背诵策略。 关键词：农村初中英语教学，背诵输入 i ABSTRACT This paper, based on the previous studies of English recitation in foreign language teaching, attempts to explore the influence of recitation input on the teaching and learning of English in China’s rural areas. Supported by the input hypothesis theory, the research is conducted in a rural junior high school with a view to enhancing recitation as an effective input by focusing on the teaching of lexical chunks and young learners cognitive levels and psychological characteristics. It is also expected that students will accumulate both explicit and implicit knowledge, construct a large and systematic schema which will in turn result in the effective output of the target language. This study applies such methods as literature research, questionnaires, classroom teaching experiments, and comparative analysis, etc. A questionnaire is designed first to investigate the status quo of English recitation in rural junior high schools and the result indicates that recitation, as a kind of input, can greatly facilitate teaching in practice, but the teachers there need more scientific guidance to help them develop relevant teaching strategies and improve the effectiveness of recitation.
