Abstract
Currently, we are devoting to construct a harmonious socialism with Chinese
characteristics. Tax is one of the most important source of public finance, and tax play
a significant role in building a harmonious socialism. The modern society calls for
quality service. As far as revenuer concern, the sticking point is providing taxpaying
services of high quality. With the continuous reform of taxation collection, taxpaying
services is to be one of major parts of the reform. The revenue should provide
taxpaying services to construct a harmonious relation between taxpayer and tax
collector.
