毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波装备制造业技术创新动力要素研究 摘 要 装备制造业在宁波地方经济发展中具有举足轻重的地位。在激烈的市场竞争环境下，技术创新已成为宁波装备制造企业在行业中获得最大效益的关键。而宁波装备制造企业要保持这种最大效益，则需进行持续不断的技术创新。本文从技术创新动力要素角度出发，结合宁波当前装备制造业技术创新动力要素现状，通过对比研究法，总结归纳宁波装备制造行业技术创新动力的不足，从而为增强宁波装备制造业技术创新动力提出对策建议。 本文通过对宁波装备制造业技术创新动力要素分析发现，宁波装备制造业技术创新动力的不足主要表现为科技研发能力和科技成果转化能力相对薄弱，政府对装备制造企业的资金支持较少及高素质人才利用率较低。针对以上问题本文建议通过加大科技研发力度，构建创新体系，强化政府对装备制造业的支持力度，整合人才资源，培育紧缺人才等方式来增强宁波装备制造业技术创新动力。 关键词：；技术创新； Abstract The equipment manufacturing industry in Ningbo local economic development plays a very important role.
