毕业论文 (20_ _届) 绍兴酒文化旅游开发研究 摘 要 文化是旅游活动的出发点和终结点,是旅游业发展的灵魂。随着社会发展及人们旅游活动的不断增强,文化旅游活动受到了越来越多旅游者的重视与欢迎,有针对性地开发文化旅游产品、开展文化旅游活动已成为各地旅游开发者与决策者的共识。 绍兴作为旅游名城,它的酒文化资源丰富。绍兴酒的历史悠久,最早的就有大禹杜酿等传说。在新中国成立后,党和国家领导人都非常关心和喜爱绍兴酒。绍兴酒现畅销江、浙、沪、闽等省市,远销日本、东南亚、欧美等30多个国家和地区。绍兴酒企业林立,其中影响和规模较大的有绍兴黄酒集团、绍兴东风酒厂、绍兴女儿红酒业公司、浙江塔牌酒厂等。虽然绍兴酒文化资源丰富,却没有得到很好的开发利用。 本文通过对绍兴酒文化资源的内容和价值以及酒文化旅游开发中存在的优劣势分析,借鉴相关文化旅游开发研究成果,对绍兴酒文化旅游开发提出几点相关建议和对策。 关键词:文化旅游;酒文化;旅游开发 Abstract Culture is the starting point and destination tourist activities,and the soul of the development of the tourism industry.Along with the social development and peoples continuous increase of tourist activities.Cultural tourism activities influenced more and more touristss attention and welcome.Pertinently development of cultural tourism products,development of cultural tourism activities have become travel developers and policymakers consensus. As tourist destinations of Shaoxin,Its wine culture resources is very rich. Shaoxing wine have a long history,The earliest have dayu brew etc legends.After the new China was founded,Party and state leaders are very interested in shaoxing wine. Shaoxing wine is now popular in Shanghai,jiangsu, zhejiang and fujian province,are exported to Japan,southeast Asia,Europe and America and more than 30 countries and regions.Shaoxing wine enterprise many,Which influence and larger scale of shaoxing rice wine group,Shaoxing dongfeng distillery,Shaoxing NvErHong wine company,Zhejiang tower brand distillery,etc.Although shaoxing wine culture resources are abundant,but didnt get good development and utilization. This article through to in shaoxing wine culture resources contents and value and wine culture tourism existed in the development of the advantages and disadvantages of analysis,from the relevant cultural tourism development research results of shaoxing wine culture tourism development,puts forward several Suggestions and countermeasures.
