毕业论文 （20_ _届） 宁波服务外包产业发展路径探讨 摘 要 随着经济全球化和世界产业结构调整，服务外包产业凭借其附加值大、能源资源消耗少、成长性好等特性逐渐成为各国经济新的增长点和重要的推动力。抓住机遇，加快发展服务外包，对于宁波发展现代服务业、推动经济结构调整和产业结构升级具有重要意义。作为新兴产业之一，承接服务外包近年来在我国得到了政府部门的重视和大力支持，获得了蓬勃发展，同时也面临着诸多问题。 文章先描述了服务外包的动因、理论基础以及趋势，然后分析宁波服务外包发展状况及特点，目前宁波市服务外包产业整体发展较快，主要以软件服务外包为代表。软件与信息服务产业的发展已经起步。系统维护、离岸信息服务外包、引进国内知名软件企业等均已获得一定效果。从目前来看，宁波应把重点放在业务流程外包（BPO）上。再从各个方面与杭州服务外包作比较，使其了解自身服务外包存在的劣势，努力发展服务外包，抢抓机遇、主动承接，力争使宁波服务外包业在金融危机重新洗牌中发展壮大，为抢占“后金融危机时代”的商机打好基础。最后用SWOT分析法剖析了宁波服务外包业存在的优势、劣势以及面临的机遇、挑战，从而得出一条适合宁波发展服务外包的基本路径。 关键词：服务外包；业务流程；SWOT分析；金融危机 Abstract With economic globalization and the world industrial structure adjustment , the service outsourcing industry, with its high added-value, energy and resources consumption, and good growth characteristics of becoming a new growth point of national economies and an important driving force.
