毕业论文 （20_ _届） 温州打火机出口发展现状与对策研究 摘 要 根据数据分析，温州打火机出口发展现状自2006年至2009年连续四年出现下跌2010年首次出现增长，具有一定的回暖现象，目前温州打火机的主要市场在欧洲，日本，而日本已经成为温州打火机最大的出口国，占全出口额的60%。由于CR法案和反倾销的影响，温州打火机企业数量也大幅减少，产业发展形势依然严峻。本文列举温州打火机出口在发展中所出现的外部问题：CR法案的阻碍、经济危机的影响等；和一些内部问题，包括：产品质量低、行业内部恶性竞争、企业法律意识薄弱、温州模式的缺陷、劳动力价格上涨、原料成本提高等。同时也得出温州打火机出口反战的各种优势：发展历史悠久、市场需求量大、行业分工专业、对比国际市场，劳动力价格较低廉、政府支持出口退税等。 通过对温州打火机出口发展中出现的问题和优势进行结合分析，得出温州打火机出口应该实行：品牌战略、生产方式转向密集型提高产品含金量、企业实行适合自身的国际化战略、增加企业法律意识应对国际非关税壁垒、规避各种风险、突破温州模式、创新企业制度、广纳人才、大力加强研究和开发等策略，对应劳动力价格日益提高，可以考虑市外投资设产，招募低消费地区工作人员，减少开支。在找出一条适合温州打火机出口发展道路的同时可以小见大，从侧面了解到温州轻工业出口发展的情况。 关键词：Abstract Along with the rapid development of global economy, China light industry products export scale expanding gradually, but because our country abroad on regulations do not understand and some technical flaws, resulting in light industrial commodity bias labor-intensive and lack of high value of products.
