毕业论文 （20_ _届） 反倾销对慈溪轴承出口影响及策略研究 摘 要 随着世界贸易自由化进程的加快，世界各国间尤其是经济发展较快的国家间的贸易摩擦愈演愈烈，从而反倾销成为了最常见，使用范围最广一种手段。中国随着对外贸易的快速增长且在对外贸易地位的上升，已经成为最大的反倾销受害国之一。后危机时代，虽然国际主流国家经济逐步复苏，但是仍受到2008年金融危机及多年来一直被反倾销调查的影响，慈溪轴承的出口相比往年有所增长，但是增幅较小。进入2011年受全球金融危机的影响越来越小，但是反倾销一直是困扰慈溪轴承更加健康稳步发展的重要因素。 本文首先阐述了倾销及反倾销的概念，通过查阅了大量关于慈溪轴承方面的资料和数据，对慈溪轴承产业及出口现状作了较为系统的介绍，分析得出了遭遇反倾销的原因，并总结了从中受到的影响，进一步分析慈溪企业成功应诉案例，经过资料、数据、案例的分析研究，最后得出慈溪轴承遭遇反倾销的相关对策。 关键词：Abstract With the acceleration of the world trade liberalization, among countries in the world, especially the countries whose economy has developed rapidly, the trade frictions intensified, which make the anti-dumping become the most common and most widely used as a means. With China’s rapid growth in foreign trade and the rising in foreign trade status, it has already become one of the largest victim anti-dumping countries. In the post-crisis era, although the international mainstream country’s economy gradually recover, it still has been influenced by the 2008 financial crisis and the anti-dumping investigations for many years. Compared with former years, the export of Cixi bearing have increased, but the increase extent is small. Enter 2011, the influence of the global financial crisis become smaller for Cixi bearing, but anti-dumping is an important factor for Cixi bearing’s healthier and steadier development. This article elaborates the concept of dumping and anti-dumping at first, and it makes a brief introduction for cixi bearing industry and export, I consult a lot of information and date about cixi bearing, Analysis of the reasons for dumping the experiences andlearn from the affected and analyze the success litigation responding case of cixi corporation, after it analysis the information、data、case , and it obtained the countermeasure of cixi bearing encounter anti-dumping for my views.
