毕业论文 （20_ _届） 国际碳排放权交易机制对中国“低碳之路”的影响研究 摘 要 众所周知，全球变暖是当今世界必须面对的重要环境问题之一，碳排放权交易作为减少温室气体排放的有力措施之一,越来越受到世界各国的关注。《京都议定书》建立的国际排放贸易(ET)、联合履行机制(JI)和清洁发展机制(CDM)三种的国际合作减排机制，是实现减缓气候变化国际合作的重要机制。其中CDM是唯一由发达国家和发展中国家共同实施的双效机制。 本文以碳排放权交易机制为研究对象，以推进中国“低碳之路”为导向，对碳排放交易机制的相关理论和实践问题进行了分析和研究。目的是分析当前碳排放交易制度的局限性，并厘清对中国“低碳之路”的影响因素，从而构建新型碳排放权交易机制，为中国走“低碳之路”建言献策。本文研究的成果主要包括：对中国现行的排污许可证等制度的不足的总结；对欧盟“碳排放权交易”机制和芝加哥碳排放交易所的运行模式的分析；指出构建中国碳排放交易机制存在的问题，并总结出对应措施；分析碳排放交易机制对中国“低碳之路”的影响因素，从而得出走中国 “低碳之路”的对策建议。 关键词：CDM；国际碳排放交易机制；中国“低碳之路” Abstract As we all know, global warming is one of the most important environmental issues that the world must face and carbon emissions trading as a powerful measure to reduce greenhouse gas emissions is getting more and more attention around the world . Three types of emission reduction mechanisms of international cooperation that the Kyoto Protocol established, international emissions trading (ET), Joint Implementation (JI) and Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) is an important mechanism to achieve international cooperation in mitigating climate change. CDM is the only one double-effect mechanism for the developed and developing countries to implement together.  In this paper, carbon emissions trading system as the research object, promotion Chinas low-carbon as the guidance, the relevant theoretical and practical problems are analyzed and studied. The purpose is to analyze the limitations of the current carbon emissions trading system, clarify the influential factors to Chinas low-carbon” and to build a new carbon emissions trading mechanism, offer advice and suggestions for China low-carbon. The main results of study include: make a summary and elaboration of our current lack of sewage system permits; have an analysis of the EUs emissions trading mechanism and the operation of the Chicago Carbon Exchange mode; by analyzing the problems of the construction of carbon emissions trading mechanisms, sum up the corresponding measures; point out the factors of the carb
