摘 要 隐性思想政治教育是相对于显性思想政治教育而言的，是思想政治教育中开展润物细 无声教育的重要方法。隐性思想政治教育在其实践中，因为其自身具有的教育目的的潜隐 性、教育方法的间接性、教育效果的持久性、教育资源的广泛性、教育主体的平等性等特 点，越来越受到思想政治教育工作者的关注和重视。 开展隐性思想政治教育是世界各国的普遍要求。中国和美国作为当今世界两种不同意 识形态国家——社会主义国家和资本主义国家的典型代表，都非常注重隐性思想政治教 育。对中美两国的隐性思想政治教育进行对比分析，从中找出中国和美国在隐性思想政治 教育中的合理内核，为当前和未来我国开展隐性思想政治教育提供科学的借鉴，不断创新 隐性思想政治教育实践，增强隐性思想政治教育的实效性。 文章主要分六个部分：第一部分主要介绍了本文的选题背景、研究意义、目前国内外 学者对该问题的研究现状分析、研究思路、本文的主要创新点及所使用的研究方法；第二 部分主要解读了隐性思想政治教育的内涵；第三部分主要介绍了中美两国隐性思想政治教 育的内容形态；第四部分主要从四个方面介绍了中美隐性思想政治教育之间的差异，如： 隐性思想政治教育理论来源差异、实施的社会文化背景差异、实现的目标差异、对待宗教 上的差异；第五部分主要介绍了中美两国在开展隐性思想政治教育方面的相同之处；第六 部分主要介绍了通过中美隐性思想政治教育的比较后，给与我们的实践隐性思想政治教育 的启示。 关键字：中国；美国；隐性思想政治教育 I Abstract The implicit ideological and political education is relative to the dominant ideological and political education ，that is ，a important method of education in the ideological and political education.In the practice，because of its own educational purposes with the hidden nature ，the indirect method of education，persistent effects of education ，extensive educational resources， equality of educational subject，ideological and political education workers more and more concern and attention to the implicit ideological and political education.
