第五届亚洲安全社区会议 The 5th Asian Regional conference on Safe Communities 如何促进和管理学校中的事故和伤害 朴南秀 （协成大学健康管理系，国际安全学校认证中心，水原，韩国） 【摘要】在韩国，伤害是学龄儿童发病和死亡的主要原因。为了预防伤害和促进安全，就需要 应对这些问题。 与健康学校相似，国际安全学校模式采用国际安全社区理念，在韩国的示范项目取得了成功 的经验。国际安全学校强调采用公共卫生方法开展学校安全干预、解决学校伤害问题。它强调 学校成员的平等参与和社区资源的共享，满足学校基本伤害预防和安全促进的需要。本文重点 介绍国际安全学校的特点及准则规范，包括共同参与、能力发展、合作关系建设及进程证据等 等。本文还介绍了国际安全学校的7条指标。建设方法及过程评估在国际安全学校项目中都是很 重要的。在韩国申请国际安全学校，建立学校和其他公共、私人资源间的合作伙伴关系，形成 合作的协力优势是成功建立国际安全学校、在学校环境中实现健康促进的必要条件。 【关键词】国际安全学校；安全促进；指标 How to promote and manage the injury and safety issue in school NamSoo Park (Department of Health Management, Hyupsung University, Hwaseong; Certifying Center for International Safe School, Suwon, Korea) Abstract: Injuries are main cause of mortality and morbidity in school aged children in Korea. To prevent injury and promote safety status, it needs to deal with this issue comprehensively. As a view point of health promoting school, International safe school (ISS) model has been introduced with international safe community concept and the demonstration project was very successful experience in Korea. ISS model gained attention as a public health approach to develop school safety intervention to address injury problems in school setting. It emphasizes school member’s involvement in equal partnership with community resources to address the needs for school based injury prevention and safety promotion.
