基于图论的机床再设计方案评估指标体系#

5 摘要：在机床再设计方案优化评估中，针对评估指标间复杂控制关系问题，引入图论思想，
给出了技术指标，成本指标，资源指标，环境指标，交货期指标等评估指标，并由此建立了
机床再设计方案评估指标单向图。提出了将网络系统转化为合理的加权控制关系的两个条
件，采用相应算法建立了机床再设计方案评估指标体系，构建了支配指标的判断矩阵，在此
基础上可解析出评估指标权重值。最后将其应用于废旧机床再设计支持系统开发中，通过系
10 统的实际应用，验证了所提理论与算法的合理性和有效性。

Abstract: In the optimization assessment of the machine tool re-design, the graph theory is
introduced for the relationship of the complex control between the evaluation indexes, in which
20 the technical index, the cost index, the resource index, the environmental index, and the delivery
index are presented, and thus the single-track figure of the machine re-design evaluation index is
established. Two conditions of transforming the network system into a reasonable weighted
control relationship are proposed, the corresponding algorithm is adopted to establish the machine
tool re-design evaluation index system, build the disposable index judgment matrix, and the
25 evaluation index weighted value can be analyzed. The resulting weighted value is used for the
development of the used machine tool re-design support system. Through the practical application
