Determination of stevioside, rebaudioside A, glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhetinic acid and their salts in foods for import and export
1 Scope
The standard specifies the method of determination of stevioside, rebaudioside A, glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhetinic acid and their salts in foodstuffs for import or export.
The method is applicable to determine stevioside, rebaudioside A, glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhetinic acid and their salts in Drinks, sauces, cakes, pickled vegetables and candy for import or export.

3 Principle
Extraction of the stevioside, rebaudioside A, glycyrrhizic acid, glycyrrhetinic acid and their salts with methanol?, and remove fat fromfat-bearing samples by nitrogen . After concentrated to a definite volume,it was analyzed and identified by HPLC-UV, quantified by external standards.
4 Reagents and Materials
Unless otherwise specified, all regents used are A.R. grade, and water is the first grade according to GB/T 6682.
4.1 Phosphoric acid.
4.2 Acetonitrile: HPLC grade.
4.3 Methanol: HPLC grade.
4.4 Petroleum ether.
4.5 Anhydrous sodium sulfate:incandesce the anhydrous sodium sulfate 4 h at 650 ℃,and then stored in a sealed container.
