浅谈长沙市高校体育场馆对外开放的管理与利用 周南实验中学 体育组 朱小芳 摘要：高校体育场馆设施作为高校教学设施的重要组成部分，是广大师生员工从事体育教学、训练、竞赛及课外运动锻炼活动的物质条件和重要载体。同时高校体育场馆也在一定程度上承担了周边社区、企事业单位的体育活动与比赛任务。在目前国家和地方政府不可能大规模地进行体育场馆建设，而现有体育场馆又远远不能满足大众健身需求的情况下，适时合理地将高校体育场馆设施对社会开放，将会有利于改善供需矛盾关系，也能最大限度的弥补高校体育场馆设施养护资金的不足。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法和逻辑分析法，对长沙市部分高校体育场馆对外开放的管理与利用情况进行调查，其内容包括高校体育场馆拥有情况、体育场馆满足学校体育教学情况、对社会开放对象、开放时间、开放形式、收费情况、管理与安全问题、养护经费问题等方面。通过本文的研究，旨在充分利用高校体育场馆，为全民健身的开展提供参考。 关键词：体育场馆；对外开放；高校 Analyses on Management and Utilization of the Gymnasium Facilities in Colleges and Universities Opening to the Society in Changsha Abstract：Gymnasiums are not only an important component part of teaching facilities in colleges and universities，but also necessary for physical training, sports activities and games. Meanwhile, colleges Gymnasiums is also providing a platform for individual and organizational physical activities in the neighborhood. Since the government cannot build enough gymnasiums for the huge population in the near future and the existing gymnasiums cannot satisfy people’s demand. Gymnasiums in colleges and universities open to the public reasonably, it not only can improve the contradiction between supply and demand,but also relieve the financial burden in maintaining the facilities.Based on data analysis, literature, questionnaires, statistics and logical analysis. From the following several aspects were discussed: sports venues that Changsha colleges and universities have, sports venues meet school sports teaching situation, open object to society, opening time, open form , rates for, management and security, maintenance funding problems, etc. The purpose of this research is to make full use of sports venues and provide the reference for the development of national fitness.
