长江三角洲城市群人才开发一体化的研究 摘 要 近年来 长三角城市群经济高速增长 经济一体化的趋势和效益日益显现 有 效协调城市间物流 资金流 信息流 人才流 才能更好的推动长三角城市群的发 展 人才开发一体化作为城市群发展的重要组成部分 其研究对促进长三角城市协 调 共赢具有很强的理论和现实意义 本文用区域经济与人才学理论分析了人才开发一体化对城市群发展的推动作 用 以长三角城市群人才开发一体化为研究对象 分析了人才一体化与区域经济发 展的关系 提出人才开发一体化是区域经济一体化的重要组成部分 是长三角城市 群经济一体化 构建世界第六城市群的关键 并针对存在的问题提出一系列对策建 议 文章首先概述了城市群的概念 特征 以及世界城市群与我国城市群,特别是长 三角城市群发展情况 第二章分析了人才开发一体化与城市群发展的关系 得出区 域人才一体化是区域经济一体化的重要组成部分 对城市群发展起到十分重要的作 用 第三章在前两章对城市群及其与区域人才一体化的关系进行阐述 分析的基础 上 运用区域一体化人才发展的理论分析研究长三角城市群人才开发一体化问题 介绍了长三角城市群人才开发一体化的现状 特色及在人才开发一体化进程中尚存 在的三个问题 最后一章提出长三角城市群人才开发一体化的目标 并针对提出的 三个问题 围绕六个 创新 有针对性地提出了一系列对策建议 关键词 长三角 城市群 人才开发一体化 RESEARCH ON TALENT DEVELOPMENT UNIFICATION Of YANGTZE RIVER DELTA URBAN AGGLOMERATION ABSTRACT In recent years, Ya ngze Ri ve r De l t a Urba n Aggl o me r a t i on ga i n hi gh economic growing speed due to economic integration. Effectively coordinating different cities on material flows , capital flow , information flow and talent flow will contribute the development of this urban agglomeration. As talent development unification is an important composition of unban development to promote coordination and wining totally, its research has profound theoretical and realistic meaning. This paper uses regional economy and talent studies theory to analyze the role of talent developing unification for urban agglomeration. With the talent development unification of the Yangtze River delta to be the study object, the paper try to elaborate the relation of talent unification and regional economic development in order to suggest that talent development unification is important to regional economic integration.
