临床医学论文-1980例孕中晚期胎儿彩色多普勒超声检查结果回顾性分析 ??????????????????????????????????? 作者：刘舜辉，刘倚河，郑玉凤，张 蓉，吴秀艳 ? 【关键词】? 彩色多普勒超声；胎儿；人口出生质量 　　［摘? 要］ 目的：利用彩色多普勒超声筛查孕中晚期胎儿异常或畸形，降低围产死亡率，提高人口出生质量。方法：对我院2002年1月至2005年3月1 980例孕中晚期胎儿彩色多普勒超声检查结果回顾性分析。结果：检出胎儿畸形45例，死胎12例，低置胎盘24例，38周～42周胎位不正51例、脐绕颈316例。其中绝大多数在本院或外院引产证实，少数经过尸解证实。结论：彩色多普勒超声可发现大多数的胎儿形态结构异常，使一些致死性的畸形及早终止妊娠，非致死性的异常或畸形有了选择的空间；在提高人的出生质量上彩色多普勒超声起着不可或缺的作用，而且越来越显现出其独特的功能所在。 　　［关键词］ 彩色多普勒超声；胎儿；人口出生质量 　　Retrospective Analysis on 1 980 Cases in the Second and Third Trimester Fetus with the Result of Using Color Doppler Echocardiography 　　　Abstract：Objective Color doppler echocardiography is the basal rorante the fetus abnormality or malformation，is acurrent head to choose the method，Clinical application extensive．On the child bearing quality of the boost body to make the indispensable effect，ought to get the extensive approbation of the mensional．Methods Collected 2002 year January to 2005 year March the second and third trimester fetus in our hospital making the Color doppler echocardiography choosing the fetus is totally 1 980 people．Results Among the 1 980 instances in the second and third trimester fetus happened malformation are 45 instances；deathing fetus 12 instance；placenta praevia 24 instance；the fetus of trimester in the 3842 works abnormal fetal position are 51 instance and umbilical cord circling neck are 316 instance．most of them were inducting of labor prove in our or other hospitals，very few were go through by autopsy．Conclusion Color doppler echocardiography can discovering the most fetus’s shape and construction abnormality as soon as possible，making some cause deathing malformation termination pregnancy，not cause deathing abnormality or malformation has selective space．Color dopplor echocardiography rises in child bearing quantity that increases person necessary function，and present an its special function place more and more． 　　Key words：Color doppler echocardiography；Fetus;The child bearing quality　　　　随着我国现代医学的进步和超声医学的迅速
