[摘要] 本文从蒙医学赫依 、心和白脉的角度探讨了失眠症的病因病机，说明赫依偏盛与血相搏是失眠症的主要原因，
心和白脉是主要病位。治疗方面以抑 赫依，调理三根、疏通赫依与血之运行路、促进白脉传导、宁心安神为主要治疗原则，应
从饮食、起居、药物、传统疗法等4 个方面结合患者的个性体质特点进行治疗 ，从根本上改善睡眠。

[Abstract] This article discusses the etiology and pathogenesis of insomnia from the view of HEYI, heart and white
meridian in Traditional Mongolian Medicine. The main causes of insomnia are the HEYI excess and the HEYI disturbing the
blood. The main disease location was related to heart and white meridian. The main treatment principle is to restrain the
HEYI, regulate the three roots, Clear the channel for HEYI and blood to pass through, promote white meridian conduction
and tranquilize the mind. The sleep should be improved on the ground with individual treatment, according to combination of
