Respectively, to extract the tannin from the Filipendula with 30% methanol, 50% acetone wa- ter and distilled water and to detect the content of tannin with complex quantity. Using different solvents extract the tannin from the same quantity of Filipendula, 30% methanol extraction is the best at last. Method of measurement with the complex ways in tannin, with 30% methanol is better. By the study of tannins in the Filipendula, the tannin com- pounds in pharmaceutical respect play a bigger role. Keywords: Filipendula; Tannin; Quantitative Determination 中药蚊子草中鞣质化学性质的研究* 1 2# 3 3 1 1 1 2 缪淑霞 ，吕玉光 ，苗洪志 ，王元旭 ，崔 红 ，石春卉 ，王新安 ，李 烨 1 佳木斯大学临床医学院，佳木斯 2 佳木斯大学药学院，佳木斯 3 佳木斯市传染病医学院，佳木斯 Email: #yuguanglv@163.com 收稿日期：2012 年 9 月 28 日；修回日期：2012 年 10 月 10 日；录用日期：2012 年 10 月 18 日 摘 要：研究蚊子草中鞣质的提取以及定量工艺，并了解蚊子草中的鞣质的活性。分别用 30%的甲醇，50%丙 酮水，水分别提取 5 g 蚊子草中的鞣质，用络合量法测定鞣质的含量。用不同的溶剂提取等质量蚊子草中鞣质, 用络合量法测定其中提取的大小，最后甲醇的提取率最好。在用络合量法测量鞣质的方法中，用 30%的甲醇效 果较好。通过对蚊子草中的鞣质的研究，使鞣质类化合物在医药方面发挥更大的作用。 关键词：蚊子草；鞣质；结构鉴定 1. 引言
