·制 剂 工 艺 Western Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine,2014 Vol.27 No.1 中药制剂的不良反应分析 卓新凤 新乡市中医院药剂科，河南 新乡 453003 ［摘 要］目的：探讨中药制剂不良反应的发生情况及其特点。 方法：对我院 2008 年 1 月至 2012 年 1 月 期间发生的不良反应报告进行回顾性分析，分析发生不良反应患者的性别、年龄、制剂类型、累及系统及其临 床表现。 结果：中药制剂不良反应呈现逐年增加趋势；女性所占比例明显高于男性，为 70.13%； ＞60岁患者不 良反应构成高于其他年龄段，为 39.93%；注射剂型不良反应占 62.41%，高于其他剂型；最常见累及系统是皮肤 及黏膜。 结论：注意不良反应的及时反馈，在临床用药过程中加强不良反应的观察与监测，可有效减少并避免 不良反应的发生，从而提高中药制剂的使用安全性。 ［关键词］中药制剂；不良反应；分析 ［中图分类号］R969 ［文献标识码］A ［文章编号］1004-6852(2014)01-0042-02 Adverse Reactions of Chinese Medicine Preparations ZHUO Xinfeng Pharmaceutical Department of Xinxiang Municipal TCM Hospital, Xinxiang 453003, China Objective: To survey the incidences of TCM preparations and its features. Method: The reports about adverse reactions happened from January, 2008 to January, 2012 in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively to count the gender, ages, preparation types, the involved systems and clinical manifestations of the patients suffering from adverse reactions. Result: The incidences of adverse reactions induced by Chinese medicine preparations were increased year by year; the ratio of female, 70.13%, was obviously higher than that of male; the incidence of adverse reactions in the patients above than 60 years, 39.93%, was higher than that in the patients at other ages; adverse reac- tions of injections occupied 62.41%, higher than other preparation types; the most common involved systems were skin and mucosa.
