河北省小学教育专业本科毕业生就业现状与对策研究 　　摘要：小学教育专业在河北省是一个新兴的学科，目前已在省内五所院校开设。在大学生就业难的背景下，小学教育专业学生的就业情况已经成为影响该专业发展的重要因素。文章在调查小学教育专业学生的就业现状包括求职经历、工作现状、专业教育与就业指导的关系等方面，并在此调查的基础上提出提高小学教育专业本科生就业质量的对策，如提高小学教育专业学生的就业能力、调整就业心态、加强就业指导，完善就业信息沟通与交流渠道以及小学教育专业毕业生应发挥专业优势，促进学生就业等方面，进一步提高就业质量，促进专业的发展。 　　关键词：小学教育专业就业现状就业质量对策 　　The employment situation and countermeasure research of undergraduates of primary education speciality in the province of Hebei 　　 Zhou LijuanLi Haiying 　　 (College of Education , Hebei Normal University of Science , Qinhuangdao Hebei 066004,China) 　　Abstract:Primary school speciality is a new subject in the province of Hebei, has now opened in five colleges and universities in the province.
