Abstract T e c emical compositions and t eir relative contents of roug fat from Hawt orn pollen were ana
lyzed by GC- MS. T e main compounds were isolated and 11 of t em were identified. T e main compounds
were linoleic acid and linolenic acid and t e relative content of linoleic acid is 47. 84% .
