5.3 Methods of Training 3.Off-the-job techniques 脱产培训技术 ①Classroom Program It is also can be called classroom training or classroom instruction. Classroom training is conducted off the job and is probably the most familiar training method. ②Discussion This method is to make the trainees discuss together on a matter or something else. 5.3 Methods of Training ③Discovery Method It is a style of teaching that allows the learner to learn by finding out principles and relationships. ④Case Study This method originated from the MBA education of Harvard University. A case is a history or description of an event or set of circumstance.
