第十一届中南地区实验动物科技交流会论文集 增加环境丰富化模具对实验豚鼠生长及行为影响研究 ** 马力，张鹏飞，潘若文 ，，张宇船，李本婷 （华兰生物工程股份有限公司，新乡 453003 ） 【摘要】实验动物福利问题是近年来在实验动物学研究领域内的一个重要课题，3R 原 则是被公认的实验动物福利核心。本文依 3R 原则中“优化（Refinement ）”，在实验豚鼠饲 养盒内增加梯形和管形两种不同的模具，进行环境丰富化模具对豚鼠生长及行为影响的研 究。结果发现，放入模具的豚鼠生长情况优越于对照组，且管形模具更接近豚鼠自然洞穴状 态，更加有利于豚鼠实现自然躲藏行为和良好的生长、生活。 【关键词】环境丰富化；豚鼠；生长；行为 Study Influence of Guinea Pig Growing and Behavior by Enriching Environment * MA li, PAN ruo-wen , ZHANG Peng-fei, ZHANG yu-chuan, LI ben-ting (HULAN BIOLOGIGAL ENGINEERING，INC ，Xinxiang 453003 ，China) 【Abstract 】Laboratory animal welfare is an important subject in the study of laboratory animal. 3Rs is the core of laboratory animal welfare by the public accepted. According to the refinement of 3Rs, we enrich the Guinea Pig breeding environment by add tubing mould and trapezium mould, in order to find the influence of Guinea Pig growing and behavior by enriching environment.
