北京市怀柔区精神障碍流行病学调查_临床医学论文 北京市怀柔区精神障碍流行病学调查_临床医学论文 作者：刘育芳 宋长学 于秀梅 陈文艳 【关键词】 流调；精神障碍；患病率；致残率；精神康复 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨北京市怀柔区各类精神障碍患病情况及相关因素，为政府制定精神卫生事业政策提供可靠依据。 方法 对北京市怀柔区＞15a人口采取整群调查方法进行逐一筛查。筛查人员由精神卫生防治所（站）医生、居委会人员组成。专业调查人员由怀柔区精神病康复医院医务人员利用区三级预防保健网络，采用北京市精神卫生防治所提供的精神卫生筛查表、社会功能缺陷筛选表、线索调查登记表、精神障碍登记卡片等为主要调查工具。将精神分裂症致残情况按等距机械抽样的原则每10人抽取1人进行残疾评定。 结果 怀柔区精神疾病总患病率为7.38‰，现患病率为4.45‰。其中，精神分裂症总患病率为3.34‰，现患病率为1.06‰；精神发育迟滞患病率为2.91‰；精神分裂症导致的残疾率高达62.2%。男性患病率为3.82‰，女性患病率为5.16‰，女性显著高于男性（χ2=24.49，0.01）。各种精神障碍与婚姻状况、经济状况、文化程度等因素密切相关。 结论 鉴于重性精神障碍的高患病率及高致残率，政府应高度重视精神卫生工作，加大对精神疾病康复机构的投资，加强精神卫生知识的宣传普及工作。 　　【关键词】 流调；精神障碍；患病率；致残率；精神康复 　　Epidemiological surveys of mental disorders in Huairou district of Beijing 　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the status of all kinds of mental diseases and their related factors in Huairou district of Beijing in order to provide credible bases for government constituting the policy of mental health undertakings. Methods Populations who were gt;15 years old were one by one screened adopting cluster survey in Huairou district of Beijing. One of 10 schizophrenics were assessed for disability due to schizophrenia according to isometric mechanical sampling. Results The total sickness rate was 7.38‰ and prevalence rate 4.45‰.Among which, the total sickness rate of schizophrenia was 3.34‰ and prevalence rate 1.06‰;the sickness rate of mental retardation was 2.91‰;disability rate due to schizophrenia was 62.2%.Male and female sickness rates were 3.82‰ and 5.16‰ respectively, the female was significantly higher than the male(χ2 =24.49,0.01).All kinds of mental disorders were closely related to marriage, economical status and educational degree etc. Conclusion In view of higher sickness and disability rates of major mental disorders, governments should pay high attention to mental health undertakings, increase investments for convalescent institution of mental disorders and strengthen propaganda for the knowledge of mental health.　　【Keywords】 Epidemiological survey; mental disorde
