基于知识转移的产学研合作研究 ——以高技术创业行业为例 刘萍萍 （北京物资学院，北京101149） 摘要：本文主要基于知识转移的视角来研究产学研合作，以高技术创业行业为例，通过个体、团队、企业层面之 间隐性知识和显性知识的转移与共享，来研究高技术创业行业的产学研合作和发展。文章主要通过以下四方面的 内容：一是高技术创业行业中的隐性知识的转移与共享机制，二是隐性知识外在化显性知识的知识转移过程，三 是显性知识之间的知识转移过程分析，四是显性知识内在化隐性知识的知识转移过程，通过以上四个隐性知识和 显性知识的知识转移过程，探讨高技术创业行业的产学研合作过程，期望能够促进产学研的发展。 关键词：管理经济学；知识转移；产学研；高技术创业行业 Study on Industry-University-Research Cooperation Based on Knowledge Transfer ——Taking High-tech Venture Industry for Example LIU Pingping (Beijing Wuzi University, Beijing, 101149, China) Abstract: The paper is mainly based on the perspective of knowledge transfer to study on Industry-University-Research’s cooperation. It takes high-tech venture industry for example and studies on Industry-University-Research’s cooperation and development of high-tech venture industry through individual, team, and enterprise level between tacit and explicit knowledge transfer and sharing. The paper is mainly through the following four aspects to research. The first is tacit knowledge transfer and sharing mechanism in high-tech venture industry. The second is the process of knowledge transfer of externalization tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge. The third is the process of knowledge transfer between explicit knowledge. The fourth is the process of knowledge transfer of internalization of tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge. Through the four processes of knowledge transfer between tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge, the paper explores on Industry-University-Research’s cooperation of high-tech venture industry and expects to be able to promote the
