局解手术学杂 志 2013年第22卷 第6期 JREGANATOPERSURG，2013，V01．22，No．6 · 597 · 美蓝标记定位在椎管 内肿瘤手术中的应用 廖佳奇。，许金仙 ，涂 勇 ，温小华 ，刘翰文 ，李 锋 (1．赣州市立医院神经外科；2．赣南医学院，江西赣州341000) [摘 要] 目的 探讨术前美蓝标记定位并照片在椎管内肿瘤手术中的应用价值。方法 回顾性分析2010年9月至2012 年9月我院收治的84例椎管内肿瘤患者的临床资料。依据患者是否采用美蓝标记定位椎管内肿瘤分为标记组和对照组。比较2 组患者手术时间、术中出血、肿瘤全切率、脊柱不稳率、肿瘤复发率 、再手术率。结果 标记组患者手术时间显著短于对照组患者， 术中出血显著少于对照组患者，P0．05具有统计学意义；标记组患者肿瘤全切率显著高于对照组患者，P0．05具有统计学意义。 2组患者术后 1年内脊柱不稳率、肿瘤复发率及再手术率上比较差异均无统计学意义。结论 美蓝标记定位简单方便，为手术切除 提供了有利条件，减少了手术时间及术中出血量 ，增加了肿瘤全切除率。 [关键词]美蓝标记定位；椎管内肿瘤；术中定位；预后 [中图分类号]R651．2；R739．42 [文献标识码]A [文章编号]1672—5042(2013)06-0597-03 Applicationofmethylenebluestaining in operationofintraspinaltumors LIAO Jia—qi，XUJin—xian，TUYong，WEN Xiao—hua，LIUHan—wen，LIFeng (DepartmentofNeurosurgery，GanzhouMunicipal HospitalinJiangxiProvince，GanzhouJiangxi341000，China) Abstract：Objective Toexploretheapplicationvalueofpreoperativemethylenebluestaininginlocatingfortheoperationofintraspi— naltumors．M ethods Theclinicaldataofpatientswithintraspinaltumorsfrom September2010toSeptember2012inourhospitalwereret— rospectivelyanalyzed．Thepatientsweredividedintotaggroupandcontrolgroupaccordingtowhetherstainedbymethyleneblueornot．The operationtime(rain)，intraoperativehemorrhage，therateoftotalresectionoftumor，spinalinstabilityrate，tumorreeurreneerate，andreopera— tionrateoftwogroupswerecompared．Results Theoperationtimeoftaggroupwassignificantlyshorterthanthatofthecontrolgroup．The amountofintraoperativebleedingwassignificantlylessthanthatofincontrolgroup，thedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P0．05)． Thetotalresectionrateoftumorwassignificantlyhigherthanthatincontrolgroup，thedifferenceswerestatisticallysignificant(P0．05)． Thespinalinstabilityrate，tumorrecurrencerateandoperationrateofpatientswithin 1yearintworgoupswerenotsignificant．Conclusion Themethylenebluemethodissimpleandconvenient，andprovidesfavorableconditionsfortheoperation，whichreducestheoperationtime andintraoperativehemorrhage，increas
