clinical effect of the integratedTCM in the treatment of early ischem ia stroke. M ethod s: 78 patientsw ith acute ischem ia
stroke aredivided into two groups: treatment group (58 cases) and controlgroup (20 cases). In the caseof the samebas-
ic treatment, the treatment group receivescombined treatment using traditionalChinesemedicine. R esults: The compari-
son of wt ogroupsofNIHSS scores, BI index andMoCA scores in the treatment shows statisticalsignificance. Conclusion:
TCM combination therapy has a certain clinical significance forpatients of early ischem ic stroke in the increase of treat-
ment effect and mi provement of the quality of life.
