Methods: Examining the IL-2、IFN-γcontent of mice serum with ELISA through using artificial climate box in the environment of simulating cold-wet exopathogen, analysising the effects of Mahuangjiazhu decoction and cold-wet exopathogen on immune state of mice infected by RSV. Results: The IL-2 and IFN-γ contents in virus model group and cold-wet group are slower significantly （F=262.30，P0.001和F=262.30，P 0.001）（F=1084.64，P0.001 和F=160.79，P0.001） than that of normal group. There is difference between IL-2、 IFN-γ contents of virus model group and cold-wet groups （F=36.44，P 0.001和F=6.21， P0.05）. The IL-2 and IFN-γ contents in the Mahuangjiazhu decoction group and Ribavirin group are higher significantly than that of virus model group and cold-wet plus virus model groups respectively（P0.001）.But there is no difference on the IL-2 content among the Mahuangjiazhu decoction group and Ribavirin group(P0.05).The IFN-γ content of virus plus Mahuangjiazhu decoction group is slower than that of virus plus Ribavirin group（P0.001）; The IFN-γ content of cold-wet plus virus plus Mahuangjiazhu decoction group is slower than that of virus plus Mahuangjiazhu decoction group（P0.01）. Conclusion: The descent of immunity of mice can be caused by being in cold-wet exopathogen and virus infection. Mahuangjiazhu decoction and Ribavirin can improve the immune state of mice infected by RSV in the damp and cold environment. The results shows the multi-factors for occurrence of disease and the modern and traditional treatment according to pathogenic factors.
