健康教育对妊娠期高血压疾病患者治疗依从性及妊娠结局的影响 　　摘要：目的：考察对于妊娠期高血压疾病高危孕妇的健康教育对其治疗依从性和妊娠结局的影响。方法：将2012年4月至8月间就诊并符合要求的妊娠期高血压高危孕妇88例确定为考察对象。对其进行问卷调查，调查项目包括妊娠期高血压疾病高危孕妇健康信念和遵医行为，内容包括患者基本情况、遵医行为、健康信念，并对所得资料进行统计学分析。结果：妊娠期高血压疾病高危孕妇健康信念得分为（68.07±6.08）分，遵医行为得分为（8.13±1.978）分，两者呈正相关，遵医行为的各个方面都与健康信念呈显著正相关（P0.01）。而治疗依从性和妊娠结局之间也是正关系，患者依从性良好和依从性差之间的差异，具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对妊娠期高血压疾病高危孕妇的健康教育，会对患者的遵医行为造成影响，进而影响到妊娠结局。 　　关键词：健康教育 妊娠期高血压 治疗依从性 妊娠结局 　　Doi：10.3969/j.issn.1671-8801.2014.02.024 　　Health education in patients with gestational hypertension disease treatment adherence and the effect of pregnancy outcome 　　Yang Maochun 　　Abstract：Objective：Visits for health education for pregnant women at risk of pregnancy induced hypertension treatment compliance and its impact on pregnancy outcome.Methods：The inter-April 2012 to August visit and meet the requirements of high-risk pregnant women，88 cases of gestational hypertension identified as the object.Its questionnaire survey projects include high-risk hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and maternal health beliefs compliance behavior，including basic patient compliance behavior，health beliefs，and the resulting data were analyzed statistically.Result：The inter-April 2012 to August visit and meet the requirements of high-risk pregnant women，88 cases of gestational hypertension identified as the object.Its questionnaire survey projects include high-risk hypertensive disorders in pregnancy and maternal health beliefs compliance behavior，including basic patient compliance behavior，health beliefs，and the resulting data were analyzed statistically.the positive relationship between treatment adherence and pregnancy outcomes，good patient compliance and the differences between poor compliance with statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Health education for pregnant women at high risk of hypertensive disorders in pregnancy，will affect the patient’s compliance behavior，thereby affecting the outcome of pregnancy. 　　Keywords：Gestationalhypertension Healthbelie T
