面向柴拖变速箱体300的加工工艺与工装夹具设计说明书.docVIP

摘 要:本课题来自**飞天集团的实际课题，要求通过网上查阅资料以及现场调研，对变速箱箱体300的工艺结构及加工过程有一个全新的了解，最终完成加工工艺的编制和部分工装夹具设计。变速箱箱体300的结构复杂，箱壁较薄，加工孔、面较多，位置精度要求较高。目前，该类零件的加工一般采用先面后孔的加工方法，广泛采用加工中心+组合机床+万能摇臂钻床生产线，为保证加工精度，通常采用一面两销定位的加工方法。此次毕业设计我完成了变速箱箱体300的机械加工过程卡、工艺卡片、部分工装夹具的设计以及一篇相关课题的外文资料的翻译。通过此次毕业设计，使我 对零件的加工工艺编制及工装夹具的设计有了一定的认识，提高了我的综合运用所学 知识的能力和设计能力，同时也培养了我独立使用工程手册和资料的能力。 关键词：变速箱箱体300 加工工艺 夹具 位置精度 Abstract:This is a pratical topic,which comes from Feitian pany in Changzhou.I can have a brand-new understanding as far as technology structure and processing course of the gearbox300 through looking up information on the Intnet and investigating on-the-spot.At last,I completed the processing technology and the design of a kind of jigs.The structure of the gearbox300 is complicated and the wall is thin.There are lots of surfaces and holes to machine.Furthermore, the location precision is high.Recently,we can machine surfaces firstly,and then machine holes for this kind of parts adopting machining centers,modular machine tools and all-purpose radial drilling machines extensively.To ensure processing precision,We can adop the method of fixturing with a plane and two bearings pins.During the design of graduation,I completed the machining course cards,the processing technology cards,the design of a kind of jigs,and a paper of an English translation related to my topic. Through this design of graduation,I got certain knowledge on drawing up the processing technology and designing jigs.Furthermore,it has raised my comprehensive ability and design ability of utilizing the knowledge which has been studied ,at the same time,it has also trained my ability that I use project handbooks and information independently.
