摘要： 当前．大学生感到最突出的外在压力主要有三方面：竞争压力、学习压力和情感压力。这三大方面压力的产生既与
当今社会高速发展的竞争环境有关．也与大学生自身内在的压力调节与化解方式有关。压力问题关乎大学生的成长成才。
确立适应我国社会发展需要的理想信念．是形成对压力进行转化的正确认识、探寻压力向动力转化的根本条件，这也是高
校大学生思想政治教育人文关怀的关键所在。
