我院质子泵抑制剂合理应用情况分析

【摘要】 目的： 方法：
了解笔者所在医院质子泵抑制剂门诊和病历医嘱用药情况，促进临床合理用药。 抽取 2013 年 9 月 1-30 日笔者所在医院
含质子泵抑制剂的处方和医嘱 16 837 条，从用法用量、适应证等方面分析其使用的合理性。结果：不合理处方和医嘱共 1683 条 (10%)，其中用法用
量不规范的处方、医嘱 1347 条 (8%)，超说明书适应证的处方、医嘱 336 条 (2%)。结论：质子泵抑制剂的应用基本合理，但也存在无适应证和用法
用量不适宜的现象。

【Abstract】 Objective：This study is done to investigate the clinical application of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs) for outpatients and impatients in our
hospital.Method：We adopted 16 837 items for prescr iptions and medical orders containing proton pump inhibitor from September 1 to September 30 of 2013.And
the rationality of PPIs was analyzed in terms of dosage and indications for PPIs.Result：There were 1683 items for prescr iptions and medical orders where existed
irrational use of PPIs，and the irrational rate was 10%.And it included 1347 items(8%) with irrational dosage and 336 items(2%) without indications for PPIs.
Conclusion：The application of PPIs is basically reasonable.However，there also existed irrational application of PPIs，such as irrational dosage and mistaken
indications for PPIs.
