But only after becoming big bosses do they realize that being a big boss is no easy job. When they were bosses of a small business and had a small market share, they had only a couple of factors to consider. Whenever a problem occurred, a brief discussion between the two would yield a solution. Decision –making was simple and timely, and implementation prompt and thorough.
