农村中学心健康教育的实践研究-以望远中学七年级为例.pdfVIP

摘 要 我国中学心理健康教育发展极不平衡，特别是农村中学心理健康教育几乎是空白。笔者因国培 计划项目，在一所农村中学从零开始，开展心理健康教育工作。本研究试图通过笔者的亲身实践， 探索出农村七年级开展心理健康教育的具体可操作的方法。 本研究采用华东师范大学心理学系周步成教授修订的《心理健康诊断测验》量表，对望远中学 的 344 名七年级的学生进行了心理健康测验。并以访谈法、文献法等为辅助，对望远中学七年级学 生的心理健康状况进行了调查，并对相关数据进行分析。调查显示：学生心理发展的总体水平是健 康的，但也发现存在的一些问题，如学生中的学习焦虑水平过高，达到了 36.2%；男女生之间心理 健康水平的性别差异显著，女生总体的心理健康水平低于男生。 在调查的基础上，笔者在农村中学进行了一系列的实践。通过建立学生心理咨询档案、开设心 理健康课程、开展心理咨询等心理健康教育活动，从而使学生保持健康的心理状态。最后，对农村 中学开展心理健康教育进行了经验的总结与反思，以供广大中学教育工作者借鉴与参考。 关键词： 农村中学，心理健康教育，心理健康课 ABSTRACT In out country middle school mental health education development is not balance, particularly in rural school mental health education is virtually nonexistent. For the project of national education, I carried out the work of mental healthy education in a rural middle school from scratch. This research attempts to explore a specific operation method to carry out mental healthy education work in rural middle schools by my own practice. This research uses the meter and the basic situation questionnaire in the book Mentally healthy Diagnostic check ，which is revised by Professor Zhou Bucheng ，who is from the East China Normal university psychology. 388 students of grade 7 in Wangyuan middle school has carried on the mentally healthy examination. And the mentally healthy condition of seven grade in Wangyuan middle school has been carried on a more thorough understanding by the auxiliary of interview and the literature methods. The results show: the overall level of mental development of students is healthy, but the learning anxiety level in students is too high, and the gender differences of mental health between boys and girls are significant.
