华东交通大学 本 科 毕 业 设 计 论 文 题 目 我国中小企业资金管理存在问题的分析 学 院 经济管理学院 专 业 会计学 班 级 会计双学位1班 学 号 20110110010132 学生姓名 李泽西 指导老师 于海燕 2014年10月 摘 要 营运资金是企业的一项重要财务资源，合理的营运资金结构决定着企业正常经营活动的开展，也直接对公司价值产生影响。然而研究表明，营运资金管理并未引起企业管理者的足够重视，我国许多企业没有明确的营运资金管理目标，没有稳定或合理的营运资金管理体系，这对于企业的生存发展是很不利的。 改革开放以来，我国中小企业取得了长足的发展，对国民经济的健康发展与促进社会就业起到了积极的作用，是我国社会主义经济的重要组成部分。然而，由于受传统计划经济的影响，我国一直重视大企业的建设与发展，对中小企业的投入不足，资金困难的问题一直困扰着中小企业的生存与发展。从中小企业的发展过程来看，中小企业对资金的需求总是不断增加，而资金的供应又常处于短缺状态。加上中小企业起步较晚，市场机制也不完善，资本市场价值总量占国民生产总值的比重还很小，风险投资事业还不发达，结果使得中小企业资金管理受到重大限制，中小企业资金管理状况更加严峻。因此，应用现代企业资金管理理论并综合我国的实际情况与借鉴国外中小企业营运资金管理经验，对国内中小企业资金管理进行理论和创新研究，对解决我国中小企业营运资金管理存在的问题，推动中小企业快速、健康发展具有重要理论和现实意义。 关键字：中小企业，投资运营，资金管理 ABSTRACT Working capital is the enterprise an important financial resources, reasonable working capital structure determines the development of the enterprise normal business activities, has a direct impact on the value of the company.
