It is the responsibility of government, society, and family alike to create an environment which is beneficial to their development. Among the various aspects of the development, moral development is particularly important. Hence, moral education during early childhood plays an important role in preschool education. For this reason, teachers have to pay considerable attention to the practice of moral education in early childhood. This essay aims to explore Albert Bandura’s idea of social learning theory, and further illuminate its implications for preschool children’s moral education in an attempt to provide teachers with some helpful suggestions.
