Study the relationship between the expression of hnRNPK and Helicobacter pylori and its L-form infection in gastric cancer. Methods: (1)The expression of hnRNPK protein was examined in 100 cases of gastric cancer, 50 paracancerous gastric tissues and 30 healthy individuals by the immunohistochemical staining(IHC) with Elivision method and hnRNPK-mRNA by in situ hybridization(ISH). (2) To the above tissues, Hp and Hp-L was detected by means of Gram’s staining and immunohistochemical staining with Elivision method. Results:(1) hnRNPK test results : ①The positive rate of hnRNPK protein in gastric cancer, paracancerous and control group were 82.0%, 70.0% and 36.7%, gastric cancer was significantly higher than paracancerous group and control group, the difference was statistically significant (P ＜ 0.05).
