摘 要 城市是国家和地区的政治 经济 文化中心 人口稠密 社会影响力大 经济含 量高 财产集中 西部地区大 中城市的发展直接关系到西部地区经济的兴衰 关系 到西部大开发的进程 随着西部大开发进程的加快和社会经济的快速发展 西部城市 长期以来的生态敏感性和环境脆弱性矛盾更加突出 重大 特大恶性城市灾害事故频 繁发生 因此 研究西部城市防灾问题 有序地应对西部城市自然灾害的威胁 有效 地将城市灾害损失降低到最低限度也就显得十分重要 本文首先通过收集 整理相关文献资料 获得我国西部城市主要自然灾害的相关 信息 并根据灾害学 城市防灾学的相关理论 分析它们的产生途径 发展规律及其 对西部城市的危害 然后 将其与我国其它地区的城市主要自然灾害相比较 总结出 西部城市主要自然灾害的特点 并结合西部城市实际 提出相应的防治对策 最后 论文从西部城市用地评价 绿地系统 防灾空间等方面出发 研究西部城市的防灾减 灾手段 为提高西部城市防灾减灾能力 保障西部城市的可持续发展提供可靠的保障 随着西部城市社会经济的快速发展 西部城市的防灾减灾问题必将日益受到人们 的重视 城市防灾规划在整个西部城市规划体系中的地位也必将上升到一个前所未有 的高度 对西部城市防灾减灾的研究 规划和管理也一定会朝着一个更加科学 合理 规范 全面的方向发展 关键词 西部城市主要自然灾害 防治对策 城市防灾规划 城市防灾空间规划 I Abstract City is a center of politics economy and culture of nation and region. It has densely populate social influence concentrated property and wealth. The urban development in the western China influences prosperity of western region and the progress of Western Great Exploitation. Along with the progress of western great exploitation and development of western region sensitivity and frangibility of ecosystem will be more prominent. So, researching disaster prevention of western city reacting deliberately to the threat of urban nature disaster and reducing the loss in which urban disasters resulted as low as possible will be more important. Firstly this paper collects the pertinent literature and data sorts the information about major natural disaster in the western China and on the basis of the disaster science and urban disaster prevention science analyzes causation and evolution and hazards of these disaster.
