乳腺增生病、癌前病变和乳腺癌中医证型与ER、PR表达差异的相关研究 4. 乳腺增生病、乳腺癌前病变、乳腺癌三种疾病组织中 ER 与 PR 的 表达均有关联性，关联程度均为中等，一致性经验均有统计学意义，但 一致性中等。 结论：乳腺增生病中医辨证证型以气滞痰凝证为主，乳腺癌前病变 以气滞痰凝证和痰瘀互结证为主，乳腺癌以痰瘀互结证和痰瘀毒结证为 主。在乳腺增生病、乳腺癌前病变、乳腺癌三种疾病的中医证型中，随 着病情加重 ER 、PR 的表达阳性率随之上升。在乳腺增生发展为乳腺癌 的过程中ER 、PR 的表达阳性率逐渐升高，且ER 与 PR 的表达有关联性 及一致性，提示 ER 表达为阳性时 PR 表达为阳性的可能性较大，ER 表 达的阳性率越高，PR 表达的阳性率也相对的越高。 关键词 乳腺增生病；乳腺癌前病变；乳腺癌；雌激素受体；孕激 素受体；中医辨证分型；相关性研究 1 Expression of ER and PR in breast hyperplasia、precancerous lesions and breast cancer and the relationship between TCM syndrome research Speciality: Surgery of TCM Author: Chu Quanhong Tutor: Chief physician Yang Yi Abstract Objective: Study on hyperplasia of mammary glands, precancerous lesions of breast cancer, breast cancer occurrence and development of disease and changes in laws, analysis of ER, PR in breast hyperplasia, expression in precancerous lesions of breast cancer and breast cancer, while exploring both differences in expression between difference TCM syndrome types, syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of benign and malignant diseases of the breast provide objective indicators.
