Clinical research on Shu Gan Qing Huo Yang Yin soup treating the Female Climacteric Hypertension Speciality: Medicine of TCM Tutor: Prof.ZhangXuezin Author: JiaJingjing Abstract Objective: To explore a new therapeutic methods and clinical thinking for Female Climacteric Hypertension through the clinical curative effect observation about Shu Gan Qing Huo Yang Yin soup to treat the Female Climacteric Hypertension with Heart of the irascible, yin and blood deficiency. Methods: Sixty Patients of Female Climacteric Hypertension were divided into curative group (30 cases) and collating group (30cases) at random. The curative group was treated by Enalapril and Shu Gan Qing Huo Yang Yin soup while the collating group was treated by Enalapril. Eight weeks was a course of treatment. The changes of Clinical symptoms, physical sign, blood pressure, heart rate, blood fat, E and so on were observed before and after treatment. Results: Compared with 2 collating group, curative group has obvious effect on the total mark of TCM symptoms, lowering the blood pressure, reducing TC, LDL, heart rate and improving the E2. Conclusion: Shu Gan Qing Huo Yang Yin soup can not only bring down the blood pressure and blood fat but also improve climacteric symptom and regulate the level of internal sex hormone, which are clearer than the collating group (P0.05). Shu Gan Qing Huo Yang Yin soup is a group of effective prescription on treating Female Climacteric Hypertension.
