LvMei Author：zhou Yaqiong Summary Objective: This research is aimed at observing the clinical effect of kidney empty liver constraint type premenstrual syndrome through tonifying kidney and relieving depression soup, and discusses the mechanism of action combining reproduction endocrine hormone, catecholamine neurotransmitters, so that we can find some method and medicine to treat this disease.Method:Put 66 patients into 2 group randomly, 34 for treatment group, treat them at taking tonifying kidney and relieving depression soup orally; 32 for control group, treat them at taking sapor peripateticism pill orally.Observe 2 groups of cases on clinical symptoms and sign change methods for before and after treatment, also test the endocrine hormone (E2, P, PRL), catecholamine neurotransmitters (NE 、5-HT 、β-EP) indicators change for them separately.Result:There is endocrine and nerve functional disturbance in kidney empty liver constraint type premenstrual syndrome patients. After treatment, total effective rate for treatment group and control group are: 88.24% and 68.75%. There is significant difference for curative effect (P0.05). In alleviating clinical symptoms and signs, adjusting endocrine and vegetative nerve functional, treatment group is better than control group (P0.05).Conclusion: Tonifying kidney and relieving depression soup has good curative effect at treating kidney empty liver constraint type premenstrual syndrome.
