成人股骨头缺血性坏死的MRI影像表现及诊断价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨成人股骨头缺血坏死（ANFH）的MRI影像表现及诊断价值。方法 整群选取该院于2012年5月―2014年8月收治的134例（150髋）ANFH成年患者为研究对象，均通过临床表现、X线片、ECT检查联合外科手术确诊，同时予以MRI检查。以临床诊断结果为依据评估MRI在不同分期中的诊断符合率。结果MRI检出Ⅰ期16髋，Ⅱ期34髋，Ⅲ期44髋，Ⅳ期54髋；除Ⅰ期漏诊1髋外（漏诊率为5.6%，诊断符合率为94.4%），Ⅱ-Ⅳ期检查结果均同临床诊断结果一致，诊断符合率为100.0%。结论MRI诊断成人ANFH准确性较高，可有效节省诊疗时间，对提高诊疗效率、促进患者预后提升具有积极意义，值得临床推广。 中国论文网 /6/view-7215304.htm 　　[关键词] 成人；股骨头缺血性坏死；MRI；影像表现；诊断价值 　　[中图分类号] R5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（a）-0171-02 　　MRI Image Performance and Diagnostic Value of Ischemic Necrosis of Femoral Head of Adult 　　LI Ming 　　Radiology Department， Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital， Zhengzhou， Henan Province， 450002 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the MRI image performance and diagnostic value of ischemic necrosis of femoral head of adult. Methods 134 cases of patients with ANFH （150 hips） treated in our hospital from May 2012 to August 2014 were selected as the research object and diagnosed by clinical performance， X-ray film， ECT examination combined surgical operation， at the same time， they were given MRI examination， the diagnostic accordance rates of MRI in different stages were evaluated according to the clinical diagnostic results. Results There were 16 hips in stage Ⅰ， 34 hips in stage II， 44 hips in stage III and 54 hips in stage IV by MRI examination except for 1 hip of missed diagnosis in stage Ⅰ（the missed diagnosis rate was 5.6%， the diagnostic accordance rate was 94.4%），the examination results in stage Ⅱ-Ⅳ were consistent with the clinical diagnostic results and the diagnostic accordance rate was 100.0%.
